Death March 6

 

American POWs are searched at Mariveles at the southern tip of Bataan.  Anything that the Japanese wanted they took.  The soldiers in this picture were members of A Company, 192nd Tank Battalion.

American POWs are herded into a schoolyard at Mariveles.  It was from this schoolyard that the POWs started the Death March.
