Memorial to C Company, 194th Tank Battalion.  The M5 Stuart, at the memorial, was a later version of the M3 Stuart which the tank group had in the Philippine Islands.  The tank was redesigned to eliminate many of the problems experienced by the tank crews while fighting the Japanese.

The tank memorial was originally located on U.S. 101, but when the highway was reconstructed as a freeway, it was moved to the Memory Drive at the Garden of Memories Cemetery.
