Japanese leaflet intended to get the American and Filipino soldiers to surrender.  In particular, it was aimed at the Filipinos who already knew what the Japanese meant by "good" treatment.
The leaflet was mailed home to his dad, by Pfc. Philip Tripp, HQ Company, 194th Tank Battalion.  He told his father that all it did was tick off the Filipinos and make them fight harder.
