* Shortly after the 192nd Tank Battalion arrived in the Philippines, D Company was attached to the 194th Tank Battalion but never officially transferred to the battalion.  As of January 31, 1942, the members of the company were still officially on the roster of the 192nd Tank Battalion.  After the war, U.S. Army documents stated that the official transfer of the company had been suspended indefinitely when the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor.

Pvt. Crate Anderson is believed to have been a member of D Company, but no proof of this has been found at this time.
